- Candidate should be M-Tech/ME in (Computer/IT) qualified or MCA or equivalent with minimum first class and good academic records. Candidate must have completed Ph. D. or have submitted synopsis at least. Candidates without Ph. D. but have qualified the SET/NET can also apply.
- Candidate is expected to have command on computer programming (C/Python/R/Java/.NET), AI/ML/DL, Data science, IoT, Cloud Technologies, Cyber security, High Performance Computing, AR & VR, Blockchain, Mobile/Web Application Development, and Business Analytics.

- Candidate should complete their PG/Ph.D. in relevant discipline
