English Language Expert
The English Language Expert will play a pivotal role in improving language proficiency among BTech, ITI, and Diploma Engineering students. The ideal candidate will implement effective learning methods, introduce innovative resources, and enhance students’ written, spoken, and conversational English skills. This role aims to boost students’ confidence in communication and prepare them for academic and professional success.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Designing & Creative Initiatives
- Develop and execute tailored language enhancement programs for diverse student groups.
- Lead engaging English language clubs, workshops, and interactive activities.
- Introduce modern, innovative learning techniques and tools to make language acquisition enjoyable.
- Provide comprehensive guidance in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Organize group discussions, debates, and presentation exercises to improve speaking skills.
- Support students in academic writing, report preparation, and professional communication.
Administrative and Coordination Tasks
- Conduct language proficiency assessments and maintain detailed progress records.
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate language support into existing academic programs.
- Prepare reports on student progress and adapt teaching strategies based on feedback and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in teaching English or developing language skills in academic or professional settings.
- Strong understanding of language learning methodologies and strategies for student engagement.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds
