Qualification:
- A Master ‘s degree in Human Rights and Duties with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/Physically & Visually handicapped candidates) an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
- Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC.
- The candidate should have Ph. D in Human Rights & Duties or experience in teaching Postgraduate classes in human rights.

- Candidate should completed their PG in a relevant field
- Candidate should have Good Communication Skills
- Commitment towards work
- Have a good Publication record
Pay Scale: Rs.1500 per lecture basis with the ceiling of Rs.50, 000 per month.
