Job Title:
- Junior Research Fellow
Employment Type: Temporary
Project Title: “Mode of action and Structure elucidation studies of roseocin to develop its
improved variant(s)”
Duration:
- The post is purely temporary and is co-terminus with the project. The appointment will be made as per SERB or Panjab University guidelines. The appointment will be for 1 year and is extendable till the tenure of the project, subject to availability of funds or extendable if the project is extended. The selected candidate will have to join immediately
Essential:
- M.Sc. in Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology or allied sciences with at least 60% marks for GN/OBC (55% for SC/ST/PH) from UGC recognized University/ Institute. The applicant should have cleared National Eligibility Test qualification such as CSIR-UGC NET including LS (Assistant Professorship) and GATE or any National level examination conducted by Central Government departments and their agencies.
Salary:
- Rs.37,000+ 16% HRA per month for 1st & 2nd year and Rs. 42,000 pm + 16% HRA per month for the 3d year.
