The Periyar Maniammai College of Technology for Women, named after the great social reformer of the twentieth century, E.V.Ramasamy, popularly known as Thanthai Periyar and his philanthropic wife Annai Maniammaiar, has to its credit of being the first Women’s Engineering College in the world.

Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade and at least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in academic level 11 and above or with 8 years of service in the academic level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration. (or)
- 15 years of comparable experience in research establishments and/or other institutions of higher education. (or)
- 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar oe an equivalent post.
Desirable: A Ph.D. degree and experience in handling computerized administration /legal /financial /establishment matters
Age Limit: not more than 52 years as on 31st March 2020
