Senior HR Executive
The Senior HR Executive will support the Head in developing and implementing HR initiatives. This role requires strategic thinking and initiative to design systems, HR Analytics reporting and the ability to foster a positive organizational culture while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with the senior management team to formulate HR strategies aligned with the overall Institution goals and objectives.
- Employee Relations: Develop and maintain positive employee relations by fostering a supportive work environment, handling grievances, and promoting open communication channels.
- Communication: Design systems and implement communication flow and coordination across institutions
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process for various Institutional positions, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding, to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation programs to provide timely feedback to employees, identify areas of improvement, and recognize exceptional performance.
- Training and Development: Assess training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and professional growth.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment that fosters productivity, innovation, and teamwork.
- Rewards & Recognition: Foster an environment to reward & recognize for better employee engagement.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and provide regular reports to the management.
- Organizational Development: Support organizational change initiatives and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Education Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social work or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience of 10-15 yrs. in HR management within the education Industry preferable.
Skill Sets:
- Adept in Institution building and nurturing culture.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, HR Analytics reporting
Problem-solving and strong negotiation skills. Capability to handle employee training.
