Experience:
2 years of relevant training experience preferably college students Proficiency in MS Office Package.
Job Description:
- Deliver Communication/ Soft skills/ Interpersonal skills related training to students.
- Deliver training using innovative methods including activity-based learning, role plays, experiential learning.
- Excellent training delivery skills both online and offline.
- Evaluating and grading training assignments of students and giving appropriate feedback.
- Finding the areas of improvement at an individual level or stream level and incorporate them in the training plan.
- Increase student skills and ability to meet the needs of placement, higher education and
entrepreneurship. - Counseling students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)
Training Coordinator:

Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization
