We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Central Placement Outreach Officer to develop and strengthen our college’s corporate relationships. The Placement Officer will identify and collaborate with new companies to bring campus recruitment opportunities for our students. This role is pivotal in enhancing the employability of our students and ensuring a high placement rate for the institution.

   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish relationships with new companies across diverse industries to secure campus recruitment opportunities.
  • Network with HR professionals, business leaders, and alumni to create partnerships for internships and full-time roles.
  • Acquire knowledge regarding job and internship opportunities in various streams / industries.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the institution and corporate recruiters.
  • Present the college’s student profiles, programs, and achievements to potential recruiters.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience:

Job Description:

Deliver Communication/ Soft skills/ Interpersonal skills related training to students.

Deliver training using innovative methods including activity-based learning, role plays, experiential learning.

Excellent training delivery skills both online and offline.

Evaluating and grading training assignments of students and giving appropriate feedback.

Finding the areas of improvement at an individual level or stream level and incorporate them in the training plan.

Increase student skills and ability to meet the needs of placement, higher education and entrepreneurship.

Counseling students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized, results-oriented, and detail-oriented Events & Sales Coordinator with a proven track record of success in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, from small meetings to large conferences. They will be responsible for the entire event lifecycle, from initial client contact to post-event evaluation.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Event Phase:

1.Client Acquisition:

  • Identify new business opportunities for the convention centre by collecting data, generating leads, nurturing leads, and using data analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and tailoring event proposals accordingly.

2.Sales Process Management:
