Eligibility Criteria:
Principal
- Ph.D. in Management or Aeronautical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of academic and administrative experience
Expectations:
- Lead academic planning, policy implementation, and strategic growth
- Oversee accreditation, ranking, and compliance processes
- Foster innovation, research culture, and institutional branding
- Represent the institution with key stakeholders, both national and international
Vice Principal
- Ph.D. in Aeronautical Engineering / Aviation / Aerospace / Management
- Minimum 12 years of academic and leadership experience
Expectations:
- Support the Principal in academic administration and daily operations
- Ensure curriculum delivery, faculty mentoring, and discipline enforcement
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and institutional audits
- Coordinate between departments and management for academic excellence
Dean
- Ph.D. in Aeronautical Engineering
- 10 years of academic, research, and R&D experience
Expectations:
- Drive faculty development, research publications, and patents
- Oversee Tinkering Labs, R&D cells, and consultancy projects

- Guide syllabus enrichment and interdisciplinary innovations
