Job Title: Project Associate

Qualification:
- Master’s degree in management/ social work/ commerce/ Arts/, or any related field.
Skills:
- Understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem is required.
- The project will involve travelling. Hence, willingness to travel to the entrepreneurs’ locations (several districts in Tamil Nadu) is needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the field of women’s development or entrepreneurship.
- Background and knowledge or prior experience in project executions or experience in similar projects in Gender Studies, Women’s Entrepreneurship, fieldwork in general will be preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English language (oral and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools such as SPSS.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duration: Initially for 6 months, later extendable to 1 year based on performance.
Number of Vacancies: 01
Pay: Rs. 25,000/- to 35,000/- per month (Salary commensurate
with experience and performance)
