RRASE College of Engineering approved by AICTE and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai is run by RRASE Health and Educational Trust. The Founder of the Trust Dr.S.Renganathan is an Academician with rich experience in Teaching and Research.He was also Director Research in Anna University and Vice Chancellor of Bharath University. He was Dean in MIT, Anna University. He believes in quality in education at affordable cost and education for innovation.

Job Title/Designation: Principal and Placement Officer
Qualification and Experience for Principal:
- D. degree and First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch in Engineering & Technology
- At least two successful Ph.D. guided as supervisor / Co-Supervisor and minimum 8 research publications in SCI / SCIE / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals
- Minimum 15 years of experience in teaching / research/ industry, out of which at least 3 years shall be at the post equivalent to that of Professor.
- Plan and deliver research, consultancy or similar programs and Writing proposals to secure research funding.
- Supervisor in Anna University in the related department
- Good publications record in refereed Scientific / Professional journals as per AU norms
- Knowledge and experience in development of incubation Centers / Center of Innovations
Qualification and Experience for Placement Officer: .
- First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch in Engineering & Technology / Master of Business Administration.
- To develop the Industry- Institute Collaboration for the Institution
- To develop industrial research and consultancy
- To setup centers of excellence, collaborative laboratories with industries and specialized testing centers
- To arrange on-campus interviews between employers and graduating students to facilitate placement of graduates
- To plan for participation / organizing career fairs
