Saket Gyanpeeth was established in the year 1994 with “Gyanam Anantam” as its motto.
The main purpose of the trust is to render selfless service to the society through value-based education. The noble concept of service to humanity: Service to God has really inspired our founder Chairman: Late Dr. Ram Ujagar Tiwari under whose guidance Saket Gyanpeeth is promoting better cause of Education in Kalyan (E) and other remote areas as well. In order to promote “Gyanam Anantam” the Trust started:
- Saket Vidya Mandir English High School on 09th February, 1998.
- Saket College of Arts, Science & Commerce from the academic year 2002-2003 (Degree College)
- Saket College of Arts, Science & Commerce from the academic year 2003-2004 (Junior College)

Qualification:
The appointment for the post of Principal is a tenure post of five years or till superannuation whichever is earlier.
A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) by a recognized University.
A Ph.D. Degree in concerned/allied/relevant discipline(s) in the institution concerned with evidence of published work & research guidance.
Associate Professor with a total experience of fifteen years of teaching/research/
A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS).
