Sharadha Skill Academy offers vocational training for 12 weeks, which concentrates majorly on providing industry-relevant, practical training on a pro-bono basis to make the youth employable and self-dependant in this competitive market. The training focuses on building life skills that include effective communication, etiquette, and grooming.

Job Title/Designation: Faculty – Cloud Computing
Qualification: Master’s Engineering, Bachelor’s Engineering with First class in all the preceding degrees in the appropriate branch of degree, with an exemplary academic record throughout.
Roles / Responsibility:
- You will be responsible for teaching Cloud computing & Virtualization Technologies mostly on AWS & Azure and should have a good understanding on installing and configuring Mware(ESXi,vspere etc), & or Citrix( XenApp/ Xendesktop/ XenServer) and Microsoft(Hyper-V,Azure) on Virtual Machines (Windows/Linux)
- Develop Virtualization/ cloud computing training content for both students, working professionals, and Corporates.
- Conduct classroom training sessions by providing practicaluse casess and assignments.
- Design quality self-paced recorded training sessions on all lathe test Virtualization Technologies for students, working professionals, and corporates.
- Continuously improve on teaching methodology to suit online model to lead to high student satisfaction.
- Work in small teams where each team member has a lot of ownership and each individual can make a big impact.
- Design and make the trainees develop mini or major real-time projects for practical exposure.
Experience/Skills:
- Working experience of VMware, citrix and windows Virtualization Technologies.
- Working experience of using AWS(Amazon Web Services), Google App Engine and Windows Azure Cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise and track record in the area of Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), specifically in constructing architectures using available cloud components.
- Good interpersonal with excellent communication skills.
