- Day wise report send to Head office
- Manage petty cash account.
- Voucher clearance
- Knowledge in SC/ST scholarship
- Keeping track of all the monitory transaction
- Entry in Ms Excel and tally software.
- Admissions processing.
- Provide monthly detail ,Send to the Accountant at Head Office.
Job Title-2: Admin and Exam cell Assistant
Departments: Exam Cell
- Documentation-related work in the office
- Assist to Director, Principal, Chief superintendent
- Knowledge in Ms office
- Knowledge of students’ profile entry, Internal Assessment Entry, and Exam Registration of the students in the University web portal.
- Conduct of Internal Examinations like Unit test, Continuous Internal Assessments and Model Exams.
- Issuing the University timetable to the Principal, HOD, Staffs and Students
- Arranging the seats to conduct the Internal exam and University exam
- Allocating the duties, Monitoring the invigilation are task during conduction of exams. Assessing the answer scripts
- Announcing the results
