Qualification:
M.Pharm, B.Pharm with First class in all the preceding degrees in the appropriate branch of Pharmacy, with an exemplary academic record throughout.
Experience: Assistant Professor: 0 – 10 Years of Experience
Candidate Profile:
- Academic Qualifications: Advanced degree (M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or equivalent) in pharmaceutical sciences or a related field.
- Research Expertise: Demonstrated research experience with a record of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching or lecturing at the university level, preferably in pharmacy or related subjects.
- Grants and Funding: Experience in securing research grants or funding, or a strong potential for obtaining them.
- Professional Credentials: Relevant certifications or licenses in the field of pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, essential for teaching and publishing.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and industry partners on research and educational projects.
- Innovation in Education: Experience or interest in developing innovative teaching methods and curricula.
- Service Contributions: Involvement in academic committees, professional organizations, or community service related to pharmacy.
- Personal Statement: A clear, compelling statement of research interests, teaching philosophy, and career goals.
