- Provide mentorship and academic advising to students
- Evaluate and assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
- Integrate innovative teaching methods, such as technology-enhanced learning.
- Conduct original research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, books, or conference proceedings.
- Secure external funding and grants to support research activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and students on interdisciplinary research projects.
- Participate actively in departmental, college, and university committees.
- Contribute to curriculum development and program accreditation processes.
- Organize and participate in academic and community events, such as seminars, workshops, and outreach programs.
- Serve as a mentor for graduate student research and thesis/dissertation projects.
