Roles & Responsibilities:
- Corresponds to prospective companies to confirm interview date and schedule of events.
- Needs to look for new companies and leads and have cordial relationships with other colleges to understand the recruitment process in their campuses.
- Makes minimum of 25 to 30 calls/day and active in LinkedIn
- Arranges for Placement Drives at the campus that includes coordinating with the HRs, Placement Coordinators and arranging for all the rounds of recruitment.
- Receives the personnel and provides necessary inputs about the college and to co-ordinate for smooth functioning of the Placement Drives.
- Collects the appointment letters or corresponds to get them as soon as the interview is over.
- Distributes appointment letters collects acceptance letters from the students and dispatches to employees.
