Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily school operations and ensure effective implementation of academic programs.
- Assist the Principal in managing faculty and staff.
- Lead and support the development of curriculum and academic planning.
- Maintain discipline and ensure the overall welfare of students.
- Handle administrative tasks including timetabling, assessments, and parent communications.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and school policies.
- Assist in managing school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher interactions.
- Supervise and mentor teachers to maintain academic standards
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed. /M.A.) or a relevant field.
- A minimum of [X] years of experience as a senior educator, including leadership roles.
