The college is approved by AICTE-New Delhi and Affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. Trichy Engineering College is located in Konalai, 22kms away from Tiruchirappalli on the Chennai to Tiruchirappalli NH45 Highway. It creates atmosphere conclusive to learning and growth. Job Title/Designation:
- Professor: To conduct Research programs within their academic fields, contributing new knowledge and insight to their discipline. To enhance the funded projects from the government and strengthen the Research department. To involve the staff members and guide them to contribute their knowledge in Research related works.
- Assistant Professor: To publish papers for research, and participate in FDP and Committees. They should also have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Associate Professor: To Guide, Lead and Mentor students in Research projects. Create, innovate and implement career enhancement programs and activities.
- Male & Female Physical Directors: Responsible for procurements, maintenance of sports goods, play fields, conducting sports meets, coaching students and other works related to physical education. To maintain students’ discipline inside the campus. Preferably residential.
- Hostel Deputy Warden –Full time- (Male & Female): Responsible for allotting rooms to the students and maintenance of the hostel. Monitoring the quality of food served to the students in the hostel. Maintaining discipline among students in the hostels.

Qualification: M.E/M.Tech/PhD degree in Computer science, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering with a strong research background and excellent teaching skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
