Qualification:
- Good Academic records with at least 55% of marks in Masters Degree in statistics
from a recognized University - Candidates who had been awarded their Ph.D. Degree in accordance with UGC
Regulations 2009 (Minimum standards and -procedure for award of Ph.D. Degree)
shall be exempted from the requirement of the NET qualification. - Teaching experience is counted for post Graduate teaching only.
- Research experience is counted from National/ International Research Centers/ Institutions/ Organizations only.
- The publications (Journals) shall be from the approved UGC- CARE list.
- The publications (conference) shall be in approved proceeding with ISBN/ ISSN.
- A relaxation of 5% marks at Masters level is allowed to the SC/ST candidates)
- Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from Universities other than
Kerala University should produce eligibility certificate obtained from this University at the
time of the interview. - Those who are eligible for a communal reservation should produce necessary documents.
- Age:
- Not more than 40 years as of 01.01.2021 (Usual relaxation in the upper age limit
shall be allowed in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST, OBC Communities).

Remuneration: A consolidated Pay of Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees Thirty-five thousand Per month)
