Job Title: Research Assistant in POSQ Division
Project Title: The impact of Presenteeism as a Workplace Bullying on Women Labours Performance and Productivity in Tannery Industry: The Mediating Role of Emotional Exhaustion and Psychological Well-being – An Comparative Empirical study in Vellore and Tirupattur
Funding Agency: Indian Council of Social Science Research, (ICSSR) New Delhi
Duration: The position is purely temporary and for a period of 12 months and it can be extended further 12 months based upon the performance and requirements.
Qualification: Full-time M.B.A/M.Com /M.S.W/M.Phil/Ph.D in relevant specialization with good communication skills, a working knowledge of Statistics and computer knowledge. Work experience of 1-2 years desirable. Knowledge of Tamil essential. Priority will be given to the candidates who are willing to do field work and investigation.
Emoluments: Rs.16,000/p.m (As per ICSSR Norms)
