The Institute is currently looking to hire three full time master teaching associates to train and coach the aspiring PG students in Chemistry for CSIR-UGC-NET exam. While, the institute also would like to groom the candidates in pursuit of industry career, in the first phase of the mission, we want to motivate and inculcate the spirit of already spirited individuals in pursuit of career in research. Job Title/Designation: Master Teaching Associate
Qualification: Master’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree with First class in all the preceding degrees in Chemistry, with an exemplary academic record throughout.
Experience:
- 0-5 years of post PG Chemistry experience preferably in the coaching domain.
Specialization Required:
- M.Sc. with specialization in Inorganic/Physical/Organic/Industrial/Material Chemistry need only apply
- Must be familiar in the digital class room set up and maintenance
- Active and aspire to be in the digital mode and on screen presence using modern electronic tools. Added YouTube teaching experience is an additional advantage
Candidate Profile:
- The prospective candidate must be fluent in English and has good interpersonal skills
- Essential: Active and aspire to be in the digital mode and on screen presence using modern electronic tools. Added youtube teaching experience is an asset
- They must deliver lectures and engage students in the offline/online mode of teaching involving modern teaching methods
- The candidate is expected to conduct webinars, record lectures and digitally involve the students in the problem-solving sessions
- They must prepare lesson plans; stimulate a vibrant eco system involving a sizeable group of students (30 to 100+).
- Teach Physical/Inorganic/Organic Chemistry session on daily basis. Knowledge of Kannada is desired but not mandatory
- Prepare questions, surveys and solve assignment and keep cordial environment with students
- Performance driven and willingness to work beyond the expectations
- Attend PTM or PTS’s and engage in positive communication
- Responsible to work and improvise the teaching-learning process in terms of subject contents
- Must be familiar in pdf, ppt, wave book slides, test and assignments
- Must be familiar in the digital class room set up and maintenance
