Qualification: Education: Must possess a Ph.D. from a premium institution in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or HR. Prior experience in the education sector is an advantage.

- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and job market dynamics.
Experience:
- Placement Manager/ Head – Minimum 4 Years of Experience
- Recruitment & Hiring – Minimum 10 Years of Experience of which at least 5 years in recruitment.
