Corporate Manager responsibilities include tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring production KPIs. To be a successful Business Operations Manager, you should have experience in the same or similar role, managing all business operations and setting goals across the entire organization. You should also demonstrate great leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels
Ultimately, you will ensure that all business functions are in line with our strategic goals.
Roles & Responsibilities.
- Monitor all verticals of Rajas Business – Dairy, Theatres, Malls, Marts, Farm
- Manage overall function including areas of facilities and services, tenant management, leasing support, marketing & promotions
- Receive complaints, suggestions and other improvement ideas to be updated with senior management for approval and plan for subsequent implementation
- Perform periodic audits, customer surveys, trade area analysis to maintain current understanding of customer shopping habits, change in preferences, etc.
- Handle conflicts / dispute situation amongst tenants, customers, visitors in a smooth manner avoiding disruption to any activity and upholding company reputation
- Recruit and provide necessary training to new employees to the sales force on product knowledge, institutional dealing and customer handling.
- Build & manage a strong sales team with deep understanding of consumer buying, marketing tools, PR and CRM
- Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement. Assess overall company performance. Analyze internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve productivity.
- Design business strategies and plan to meet the company goals.
- Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
- Complete responsibility for P&L. Ensure that P&L targets are met or exceeded with previous
- Ensure with Continuous Business improvement, with best practice on ROI
- Build a positive team culture which includes rewards and recognition that align the focus of individual associates with the company goals and values

Experience: Minimum 5 yrs in Hospital Administration /Management Position)
