Experience:
- Assistant Professor – Minimum 5 Years of Experience
- Associate Professor – Minimum 5 Years of Experience of which 2 years post Ph.D. experience.
- Professor – Minimum 10 Years of Experience of which at least 5 years at the level of Associate Professor.

Candidate Profile:
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals (ABDC A/A*, Scopus, FT50, WoS, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in securing research grants (national/international) is desirable.
- Experience in leading or participating in interdisciplinary or cross-sectoral research initiatives.
- Faculty who can successfully execute R&D and Consultancy will be considered.
- Faculty who can promote industry interaction, innovation, and entrepreneurship development will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality, original research in business and management disciplines
- Publish regularly in top-tier journals
- Lead and contribute to funded research projects, policy white papers, and working papers
- Mentor doctoral students and junior researchers
- Collaborate with industry, think tanks, and global institutions on applied research
- Participate in research seminars, conferences, and editorial activities
- Optionally contribute to curriculum development and deliver guest lectures
